Cardi B made history at the 61st Grammy award show yesterday by winning the award for the Best Rap Album, Invasion Of Piracy. She became the first solo female rapper to win the award. Isn’t that an bow down moment for Cardi?

The singers, Chloe and Halle got the honour of announcing Cardi B's win for Best Rap Album and it was a proud moment for them too. While receiving the award, Cardi B thanked everybody involved in the album while her husband and rapper Offset stood by her side. 

Cardi B went on to thank her daughter Kulture and also said that, "I’m not just saying thank you because she’s my daughter. It’s because, you know, when I found out I was pregnant, my album was not complete, like three songs that I was for sure having,” she said on stage. “And then you know, you know how it was, we was like, we have to get this album done so I could still do videos while I’m still not showing. At the Grammy’s award show, Cardi also performed on her popular songs, Money but we have to say that, nothing could be compared to the rare emotion she showed while accepting the award as she shocked all music buffs with her amazing speech. Congratulations, Cardi B!
