Calling All Angels, pleads American singer, songwriter, actor, record producer and multi-instrumentalist Lenny Kravitz. The capitals indicate the direness of the story he tells in his search for something that is very special to him. Yes, the artiste who is all about rock, blues, R&B, funk, soul, reggae, pop, ballads and psychedelia – have we left any genre out? – recently lost a pair of vintage sunglasses that has huge sentimental value. He wore them to his concert in Los Angeles on Sunday and set them on the stage when he invited members of his audience to join him. And then, when he looked, the glasses were gone.
Kravitz tweeted, “I’m missing this pair of sunglasses after my show in LA at the Shrine this weekend. They are incredibly sentimental to me, they are vintage and they belonged to a family member.”
Take a look at the tweet:
He has set up an email account for the treasured eyewear and says: “Hoping to get them back, no questions asked. Any information please mail [email protected]
This information is on his Insta account as well.
So if you find a pair of sunglasses that don’t belong to you or anyone you know, and they look vaguely familiar after you watch a few videos on YouTube, you may want to email Lenny Kravitz and check if they are his. You can see how much he likes wearing shades in these music videos
