The Maroon 5 singer has a special message about bullying…

Bullying is a huge problem all over the world, especially in school. Children have killed themselves because they could not handle peer pressure, bullies and being humiliated as they try to study. Inspirational messages have come from all over, but those from a public figure hold much more power and credence, don’t you think?

After leaving behind his judge’s chair at The Voice, Adam Levine has some very sound advice for students who have very few friends, if any at all. He asks all kids heading back to school after vacations to ‘step up’ to help those who are being bullied, are shy and cannot make friends easily or who are afraid because they do not belong or fit in. The Maroon 5 lead posted on Instagram:

"Special request to all of you kids returning to school in the next few days: If you see someone who is struggling to make friends or being bullied because s/he doesn't have many friends or because they are shy or not as pretty or not dressed in the most 'in clothes' -- Please step up.”

Makes a huge lot of sense, don’t you think?
